The CCAPS-Screen is a mental health screening instrument that assesses the most common psychological problems experienced by college students.

If you are interested in finding a mental health provider outside of Penn State you can use the Thriving Campus website to search locally for a provider that meets your needs.
Virtual Mental Health Library
This library includes videos with information about different mental health topics. Some videos provide information about mental health while others provide an introduction as well as practical strategies to help cope with different forms of distress.

WellTrack Interactive Self-Help Therapy
WellTrack is a free resource that is available to all Brandywine students. It can help you to understand your feelings of stress, anxiety and/or depression, and teach you techniques to minimize these feelings. WellTrack is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental wellbeing. To register for an account, download the WellTrack app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and register using your school email address.
